Percussionists Hamid Drake and Jeff Zielinski will bring the sacred sounds of the frame drum to Ashe Cultural Arts Center in the heart of central city New Orleans.

Over the years, Hamid has incorporated the frame drum and vocalizations within his performances of jazz. The frame drums will be featured for this performance which will explore and expand upon the spiritual intentions, improvisational nature, and friendship Hamid and Jeff share.
